1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Gonioup platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Gonioup regarding your use of our digital services, subscription management, and access to our proprietary visual engine technology.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. User Obligations & Conduct

Users must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Attempting to bypass security measures or access restricted areas of the platform
  • Using automated scripts or scrapers to extract data without written permission
  • Reselling or redistributing content from our visual engine without a commercial licence
  • Harassing other users or posting offensive content in community features
  • Using the service for any illegal or unauthorised purpose

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Gonioup offers various subscription tiers. This Christmas, get a yearly subscription for £0 instead of £2,499.40. This promotional offer is valid until 31st December 2026 and applies to new users only.

Standard subscription pricing renews automatically at the end of the promotional period unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting info@gonioup.com.

All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase, subject to usage limits.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gonioup shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content generated through our visual engine, including but not limited to designs, templates, and algorithmic outputs, remains the intellectual property of Gonioup until full commercial licensing is purchased.

Users retain ownership of raw input data provided to the platform. By uploading content, you grant Gonioup a limited licence to process and render that content exclusively for your use.

Any unauthorised reproduction of our visual engine's output for commercial resale is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and invoice for damages.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service or contact us to request deletion.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bristol, United Kingdom.
